These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the pakplus platform, including all betting, casino, payment, and account services. Please read this document carefully before using any part of pakplus. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

You must be 21 years of age or older to register a pakplus account. One account per person, verified against your Pakistani CNIC and mobile number. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
All transactions on pakplus are conducted in PKR. Supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, RAAST, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in individual promotion terms. Bonuses are credited in PKR and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, use of automated betting software, bonus abuse, and any attempt to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
pakplus enforces a 21+ age policy, offers deposit limits, session time controls, reality checks, and a self-exclusion programme. Members experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to use these tools at any time.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
By accessing, registering on, or using the pakplus platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the pakplus Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pakplus. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if you hold an Account, contact support to arrange closure of that Account.
Please Note: pakplus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
These Terms apply to all Members regardless of the device used to access the platform, whether a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any future application interface made available by pakplus.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account on pakplus or to place any wager or access any game or service on the platform. pakplus strictly enforces this age requirement and will request verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on pakplus. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pakplus reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and permanently retain any balances across those accounts.
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, your valid Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or closure.
pakplus operates under international gaming licensing standards and is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Members. You may be asked at any time to submit a copy of your Pakistani CNIC or other government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used to fund your account. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by pakplus may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
Pakistani Members: Identity verification is conducted against your CNIC number and Pakistani mobile number. Please ensure the details you register with exactly match your official CNIC to avoid delays in account verification or withdrawal processing.
pakplus is intended for use by Pakistani residents and other eligible users in permitted jurisdictions only. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the pakplus platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing it. pakplus accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a Member's use of the platform in a restricted jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakplus login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pakplus will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You should notify pakplus support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
You may request closure of your pakplus Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your nominated payment method, subject to the verification requirements described in Section 3.4 and the withdrawal conditions described in Section 5. Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be removed upon closure.
pakplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; provision of false registration information; or any conduct that pakplus reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other Members.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or real-money wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pakplus reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts, as communicated to Members at the time of notification. Members will be notified by the contact details on file before any inactivity fee is applied.
pakplus accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, RAAST, 1LINK, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. pakplus does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. Deposits are generally credited to your pakplus wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your Account or that has been verified as belonging to you. pakplus reserves the right to request additional identity or payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but pakplus endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests promptly.
PKR Withdrawals: All withdrawal amounts are denominated in PKR. There are no currency conversion costs applied to withdrawals processed to Pakistani bank accounts or mobile money accounts registered in your name.
Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are only eligible for withdrawal once the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The maximum amount withdrawable from Bonus Funds in any single transaction may be subject to a cap as specified in the individual promotion terms. Any winnings exceeding an applicable cap may be removed from the account balance at the time of withdrawal processing.
pakplus operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations under its international licensing obligations. pakplus reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account exhibiting unusual transaction patterns, to request source-of-funds documentation, and to report suspicious activity to relevant regulatory authorities where required. Any attempt to use the pakplus platform to facilitate money laundering or other financial crimes will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
All sports bets placed on the pakplus platform are subject to the specific sports betting rules applicable to the relevant event and market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules. pakplus reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been cancelled, suspended, or where a manifest error in the odds has occurred.
All casino games available on pakplus — including slots, table games, and live dealer games — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by these certified RNG systems and cannot be influenced by the platform or by any Member.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, corrupted game data, or a technical malfunction — pakplus reserves the right to void affected bets or games and return staked funds to the relevant Member accounts. pakplus's decision on manifest errors is final.
A wager is only confirmed and binding once you receive an explicit confirmation from the platform. pakplus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason for that decision.
pakplus offers promotional bonuses to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakplus platform. Any Member found to have engaged in any of the following will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:
Zero Tolerance: pakplus operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, collusion, and financial crime. In addition to account closure and fund forfeiture, pakplus will report confirmed cases of fraud or financial crime to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities without prior notice to the Member.
All content on the pakplus platform — including but not limited to the pakplus brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pakplus or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Member may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pakplus platform without prior written consent from pakplus.
Any unauthorised use of pakplus intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, pakplus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to:
The pakplus platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pakplus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform.
Gambling Risk: All gambling involves financial risk. By placing wagers on pakplus, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager. pakplus is not liable for gambling losses incurred by Members in the normal course of using the platform.

Where changes are material, pakplus will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Members via the contact details held on their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.
Any amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the pakplus platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 4.2.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the subject matter or formation of these Terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licensing framework under which pakplus operates.
In the event of a dispute between a Member and pakplus, Members are encouraged to first contact pakplus support to seek an informal resolution. pakplus is committed to addressing Member complaints promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated through the formal dispute resolution process set out by the applicable licensing authority.
By accepting these Terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable dispute resolution process described above in respect of any dispute arising from your use of the pakplus platform.
